Position: Senior Pensions Administrator

Are you someone who pays meticulous attention to detail and is dedicated to delivering consistent quality? Do you prioritize ensuring customer satisfaction to meet service level agreements? If so, we have just the role for you.

In this role, you will need to split your workweek between the Birmingham office (at least 50%) and the flexibility of remote work (up to 50%).

As part of Aon's mission to drive positive change, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch administrative support to both internal and external clients. Here's what your typical day will involve:

  • Serving as a subject matter expert on processes, clients, systems, and tools, proficient in processing and verification.
  • Overseeing team activities, managing workloads to meet SLAs, and effectively allocating tasks.
  • Generating and analyzing reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identifying process issues and spearheading solutions for implementation.
  • Enhancing processing knowledge and advocating for continuous improvement.
  • Developing and updating knowledge documents in line with legislative changes.
  • Providing process and tool training to colleagues and participating in audits.
  • Collaborating on projects that impact team operations and cultivating strong client relationships.
  • Achieving team and individual targets and supporting team members as needed.
  • Adhering to technical and behavioral standards and fulfilling additional tasks as assigned.
