Gate EngineerAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled Gate Automation Engineer to join our client. This position involves predominantly remote working, with weekly visits to Leicestershire to replenish stocks and collect equipment.
We are seeking a dedicated individual with a strong background in Gate Automation and Access Control systems. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Salary:
£30,000 to £38,000 per annum + overtime (DoE and product knowledge)

Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pmLocation: East MidlandsBenefits: Company Van, Fuel Card, Company Phone

Key Responsibilities:
Installation of new Gate Automation SystemsRetrofitting and upgrading safety featuresPerforming service and maintenance tasksDiagnosing and resolving faultsGround working as part of a two-person team for new installationsEffective communication with residents and customersProviding detailed and accurate reports to the office via tablet

Essential Requirements:
Proven experience with Gate Automation Systems, especially with brands such as CAME, ROGER, BENINCA, and BFTWelding experience is beneficialKnowledge of Door Entry Systems, Access Control Panels, and Door Automation Systems is advantageousIdeally hold an Electrical Installation QualificationStrong understanding of Health and Safety aspects related to gate/door automation systemsFluent in spoken and written EnglishValid UK driving licenseResponsible and careful in managing oneself, team members, and propertyImpact Recruitment are acting as an agency on behalf of our client.
