Job Title – Technical Engineer

Location: Northampton

Job Length: Permanent

We are a leading brewery company, formed out of a joint venture between Carlsberg UK and Marston's PLC, combining over 300 years of shared values, history, and heritage in UK brewing.

We are currently seeking a Technical Engineer to work closely within the Brewing team as we continue to innovate and deliver beers and ales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of improvement projects (including capital) within the area of responsibility in accordance with the current stage gate processes.
  • Identify and plan improvement projects including, if necessary, the production of CAPEX approval requests and the associated business case support documentation.
  • Critically review maintenance practices, successes, failures, and improvement opportunities with the objective of constantly improving cost and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Qualified to HNC level or equivalent in an engineering discipline or have significant experience and a proven record of managing FI activity within an FMCG engineering environment.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to multitask different projects at once.
  • Full UK Driving License.
