We are looking for a Practice Manager Dispensing Optician to join our team in Hornchurch.

This is a full time role requiring a Dispensing Optician Practice Manager for 5 days per week (40 hours per week; Monday to Saturday 9am - 5:30pm)nAs an integral member of the team, we will provide our Practice Manager with an enjoyable professional working environment which is fun, open and where we are committed to supporting you, your professional development, and your personal wellbeing.

You will be an experienced Practice Manager, Deputy Practice Manager or a Dispensing Optician from an Optical background who is now ready to step up to the Practice Manager role.

You will have excellent communication and listening skills and are able to build strong relationships with your clients, peers and team members.

You will provide a professional yet enjoyable atmosphere to work in and be able to diagnose and solve problems, plan, prioritise workloads, share responsibilities accordingly and have excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
