Person specification:

Duties:

  • Creating estimates and jobs for customers and liaising with them to answer questions and make changes where needed
  • Keeping customers updated throughout the process of repair, ensuring they receive all information about any changes to the work.
  • Updating customer invoices accurately
  • Dealing with customers face to face, issuing invoices and taking payments
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing courtesy car handover as well as basic maintenance
  • Organising work with third parties (MOT, wheel alignment)
  • Delivering customers vehicles to third party subcontractors (MOT, wheel alignment)
  • Stock management and parts sales
  • Gaining customer feedback for our membership with the Good Garage Scheme
  • General administrative tasks

Additional:

Motor trade experience would be preferable but not essential

Driving licence is essential

Highly proficient in IT

COVID-19 considerations:


We have been open and operating throughout all lockdown measures as we are considered an essential service which is allowed to remain open.
