My client is a Not for Profit, international relief charity based in Manchester. They were established in the 1990s, targeted to poverty relief programmes and emergency response. They strengthen the fight against poverty and natural disaster but providing immediate relief and development programmes
The key responsibilities of an Finance Assistant will include, but may not be limited to;
- Linking customer finance accounts
- Liaising with office within USA
- Inputting new data onto finance system
- Ensure data entered is accurate on all records
- Demonstrate excellence use on Microsoft Excel
- Processing confidential data
- Analysing and interpreting data
- Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
- Ad hoc duties
The Successful Applicant:
- Not for Profit and Charities background
- Able to work independently
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to change and flexibility
- Great attention to detail
- Good oral and written communication
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office use, including Excel
- Background with data entry
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to travel to Cheadle
