Your day to day
We're looking for individuals to join our Supporter Services team where you will:

  • Meet and greet supporters at the Stadium on matchdays, helping them find their way around St. James' Park
  • Provide accurate information in a helpful and polite manner to ensure supporters have the best possible matchday
  • Direct supporters to the relevant stands and turnstiles, helping them to find their seats and other facilities within the venue.
  • Provide information on local amenities such as public transport, toilets, cash machines etc

About you

You will have the below skills and experience:

  • Experience in a customer facing role
  • Experience dealing with customer enquiries
  • Ability to communicate effectively within a large, diverse audience
  • Passionate for NUFC and the local community
