Job Title: Sales Data Admin Support

Role Summary: Joining our IT team, as the Sales Data Admin Support, you will be reporting to the SQL BI Developer. Your primary responsibility will involve consistently reviewing and maintaining our Customer Relationship Management system.

Main Duties:

  • Check the accuracy of datasets according to company formatting standards, including the price book
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure correct correlation of wholesaler codes with our CRM system
  • Validate and categorize prices accurately within the CRM system
  • Ensure the accuracy of all customer details
  • Create new accounts, identify and merge duplicate records, archive or relocate accounts across different geographic territories
  • Execute mail merges, follow provided SOPs, gather necessary data based on stakeholder requirements, and coordinate printing
  • Support in developing annual business plans, comprehending their significance and associated processes
  • Print and share relevant PDF documents related to business plans and partnership programs

Occasional Duties:

  • Handle tasks related to accuracy beyond the CRM domain, including Sage 200 and our unique digital solution
  • Retrieve missing information by utilizing dependable online data search engines and collaborating with sales teams
  • Basic SQL skills training will be provided
