About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic Website Admin and Returns team as an Administrative Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all orders placed through our online, mail order, and partnership channels meet customer expectations, while also processing associated returns and exchanges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze the progress of orders to ensure delivery dates and deadlines are met
  • Notify customers of any delivery issues and ensure all details relating to an order are kept up to date
  • Build strong relationships with our branches and hold them accountable for meeting customer expectations
  • Update associated reports and circulate on a set weekly/monthly basis
  • Action incoming department post daily and monitor V12 Finance agreement status
  • Receiving and handling returns/exchanges from various channels and ensuring all returned items meet quality standards
  • Work closely with internal departments such as Customer Services and ensure correct stock control processes are followed
  • Record and report on processed volumes

Requirements
  • Experience of delivering excellent customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Proactive and highly organized with a take action mindset
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Good rapport building skills and adaptability
