Property Maintenance Administrator - Walthamstow E17


A great opportunity has arisen for an Property Maintenance Administrator to join our Client based in Walthamstow, E1- my client is looking for Maternity cover with an option for it to go permanent.


This role is for a dynamic and energetic Property Administrator to provide support to our busy, responsive, and rapidly expanding maintenance team.


Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

  • Manage cleaning diary / rota, communicate individual job requirements and making last minute changes
  • Data entry
  • Investigating queries and find resolutions.
  • Maintaining Jobs database, creating new jobs, entering timesheets
  • Ensure invoices are accurate based on works completed
  • Assisting with weekly out going invoices and outgoing Invoices
  • Raising Quotes / PO's for jobs
  • Liaise with Finance and on job to be billed and ensuring completeness of support
  • Deliver reports and work within tight deadlines
  • Managing the checkout process
  • Producing quotes and reports
  • Making sure all contractors submit all receipts and entering timesheets
  • Experience of both a manual and automated environment.
  • Updating property management folder
The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:

  • Minimum of 1-2 year's experience within maintenance or property Experience within a similar role within the Property Industry
  • Well organised, meticulous attention to details and use own initiative
  • Intermediate to advance Excel
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Analytical approach with fantastic attention to detail and an enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Strong Reconciliation skills with great attention to detail.
  • Used a Property Management system
  • Excellent communications Skills
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal skills as well as having a proactive approach to problem solving.

The hours will be:
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, FREE parking on site

Salary range will be:
£23000 to £26000 per annum
