Your role:

  • Sales & production weekly meetings with our team
  • Compile Quotations using Xero software in line with enquiry using rate cards or contacting suppliers directly where necessary.
  • Collating Contract information terms, final project design and contract value
  • Day to day office duties to support the business
  • Answering the phone in a polite, professional manner as a friendly face to the business

Your position within the company:

  • Uphold our company's outstanding reputation in providing prompt supplier pricing for our client's cost build ups
  • Provide excellent customer support through regular contact with clients
  • Promote Plant Fencing to build new customer relationships
  • Optimise turnover through dynamic workload management using PF team shared outlook calendar

Training


Full training provided to enable you to gain a full understanding of our fencing systems, work processes, IT systems and client relationships / requirements.


Knowledge & Experience
Previous experience in Construction industry supply chain, fencing industry experience preferable

Comprehensive IT knowledge particularly in Excel & Outlook. Experience using Sketch-Up software

Excellent numeracy and communication skills:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing

Skills:

  • Strong phone etiquette with excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in office software including Xero
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to find practical solutions
  • Knowledge of basic administrative procedures
