Job Summary:
Pertemps TM is seeking an experienced Administrator to support their client vehicle solutions team. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that booking requests are responded to quickly, efficiently, and to the required standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer care, ensuring all administration duties are fulfilled to the required standard and timescales.
- Database Management: Help maintain the internal database, ensuring that computer systems are up to date, accurate, and that all new changes are actioned.
- Troubleshooting: Complete Trouble Shooter duties as required, ensuring minimal impact to customers.
- Relationship Building: Develop excellent customer relationships and take ownership of requests and queries, ensuring they are managed to a successful solution.
Requirements:
- Previous Administration Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Data Analysis: Data analysis experience with excellent attention to detail.
- IT Proficiency: IT proficient, including MS Office packages.
- Team Player: Proven ability to take ownership of specific tasks and work effectively as part of a team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, with proven inbound and outbound experience desirable.
Working Hours and Location:
The successful candidate will work 9am to 5pm (with 30 minutes break) Monday to Friday. Must have own transport due to location.
