Who are we?
Servis Facilities Management have an open opportunity to hire a Sales Associate (B2B) to start imminently at our office.

Who are we looking for?
Experience within the facilities and logistics management sector would be ideal. However, if not, they must be keen to learn and understand our services.

The industry is a simple concept to understand and an experienced B2B Sales Associate should easily be able to adapt and learn.


To be successful for the Sales Associate role:

  • Must have experience in selling and upselling services.
  • Must have experience with B2B sales with a keen eye for detail, drive, and determination.
  • Must have experience delegating, leading, and motivating a sales team.
  • Must be eager to bring on new ideas, think outofthebox, handson approach.
  • Must be people orientated, positive and approachable.
  • Must with good working attitude
  • Able to work with mínimal supervision.
As a Sales Associate, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
  • Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels
  • Increasing sales and business potential
  • Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
  • Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships
  • Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies
  • Preparing financial projections and sales targets
  • Attending events such as exhibitions and conferences
  • Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings
  • Producing reports for management
  • Training business developers and sales colleagues
Typical working routines are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Basic salary starting from
£23,000 PA (based on previous experience), with an uncapped and incentivised bonus scheme which is one of the best in the industry.

A genuine
annual OTE potential of £70k.
