Successful candidates will enjoy speaking to C-Level executives within the Global 500 space and the ability to build on that in multiple industries.


Desired Skills and ExperiencenExperience acquiring C-Level in the Global 500 space preferrednExperience selling into the IT, IT Security, Human Resources, Retail, Marketing, or Supply Chain sector is preferred.nAbility to analyze markets, identify targets and develop relationships while winning new businessnSkilled at cold calling; persuasive writing and proposal generation; account management and customer service; comfortable in fast paced business settings; adept at building strong customer relationshipsnResponsibilitiesnIdentifying and qualifying prospective clients Develop, drive, and execute comprehensive search strategies to attract C-Level executives from Global 500 companiesnDevelop and execute strategy to reach prospects for each event assigned—this is driven by tele sales and social sales engagementnSuccessfully hit set quarterly and weekly targetsnClient Relationship ManagementnActive collaboration with the Product team to develop an innovative and transformational program/agenda.nEnsure compliance to processes and sales tools such as CRM internal systemsnWork closely with sponsorship sales, business development, events, travel, and production departments to lead the execution on new and existing products.nWork within a fast-paced environment to attract prospected potential clients by means of Internet research and recommendationsnCarry out all aspects of delegate sales activities such as lead generation, business development and cold calling.nPrepare and maintain personal delegate sales material.nCommunicate with the client and manage inquiries about the program, schedule, speaking positions, etc.nHelp organize and run a minimum of 3 Millennium Events a year.
