Job Description
Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Administrator
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with health, safety & environmental procedures and regulations
- Manage contract-related aspects within specific Value Streams in collaboration with project stakeholders
- Utilize NEC3 Contract Management via CEMAR for effective communication and timely responses
- Monitor work progress, costs, and schedules, reporting any issues to relevant parties
- Maintain accurate and updated contract information in CEMAR
- Handle contract management activities for specific portfolios within Value Streams
- Manage subcontractors, including procurement and invoice reviews
- Submit contractual documents in compliance with AXIOM guidelines
- Oversee commercial management of design services, minimizing risks and maximizing opportunities
Authorities
- Review and approve subcontractor invoices
- Deliver commercial management aligned with project requirements and quality standards
Additional Responsibilities
- Manage Design Services Alliance tasks efficiently for timely fee realization
- Participate in training as needed to enhance job performance
- Contribute to safety initiatives and process improvements
- Support positive KPIs and milestone achievements within Value Streams
- Forecast costs and provide detailed project reports
- Interact with Cost Engineers
Qualifications
Essential Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced project environment
- Familiarity with NEC3 contracts and CEMAR
- Strong communication skills
