Manage and lead project teams from initial thought process through to delivery.
Provide thought leadership and technical expertise in insurance finance and risk management.
Collaborate with clients to drive efficiencies and improve effectiveness in their finance and risk functions.

Enhance client processes such as Solvency II, internal model development, ALM and investment processes, stress testing, and credit risk measurement.

Develop and implement risk appetite, capital optimisation, and risk function transformation projects.

Driving efficiencies and effectiveness of an Insurance group's ALM and Investment processes through improvements in their measurement framework and operating model.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with a top-tier consulting firm or large insurer.
Strong knowledge of finance and risk management topics, including Solvency II internal models and ORSA.
Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic institution.
