Job at a Glance
Due to expansion in our European business, we are looking for a new colleague to join our highly skilled, hardworking and friendly team in London.
Reporting to the VP Sales - UK, the Enterprise Sales Account Executive is responsible for selling Appcast's Solutions to direct enterprise employers in the UK and Europe focussing on existing accounts.
Cross-sell & upsell into existing accounts. Competitively position our solutions to gain new budgets within existing accounts into different groups and divisions. Manage and support regular customer QBRs, both virtual and onsite. Ensure our existing customer base understands the full extent of the value Appcast's suite of solutions provides. Renew existing budgets.Qualifications
Your Skills and Qualifications
5 years of experience selling high value solutions in an Enterprise environment, preferably in the HR Tech or Talent Acquisition space. Previous experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools. Bachelor's Degree is a strong asset. 'Hunter mentality' for prospecting and closing sales with a demonstrated history of consistently achieving targets. Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand clients' needs and tailor solutions to meet their objectives.Travel Requirements
The role will require travel within the UK and Europe to see prospects and customers as dictated by business needs and overseas travel to North America for internal company meetings. A current passport is required.Additional Information
