The ideal candidate will be a sales professional and have the drive and passion to help grow a business.

You must have exceptional customer service skills, charisma, energy and enthusiasm along with having the ability to build rapport whilst maintaining long term business relationships.


Skills:
The skills required for this Sales Negotiator (Estate Agency) role will include:Previous residential sales experienceExcellent sales abilityArticulate and with excellent inter-personal skillsHigh level of customer service skillsGreat telephone manner and positive attitudeExceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivatedKnowledge of Folkestone, Kent and surrounding area helpfulFull Driving License essentialThoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
