Your excellent communication and negotiation skills will be essential in building strong relationships with clients and guiding them through the buying process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate leads and identify potential buyers
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients
- Negotiate offers and terms of sales
- Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other parties to ensure a smooth transaction process
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and property values
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of the local property market is advantageous
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
