Job Summary


Assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the pSemi Theale UK Office in addition to supporting employee requests.

The Office Administrator will act as the initial interface to visitors, but primary focus will be on internal customers.

This is a part-time position with a typical weekday work schedule between 9:30 AM and 14:30 PM.

Roles & Responsibilities

This position has responsibility for:

  • Responsible for front desk, answer any incoming calls, manage phone lists, receive and distribute mail, order office equipment and supplies as necessary
  • Administer invoicing and purchase order process following approval
  • Track and reconcile office expenses
  • Liase with Legal as appropriate and help facilitate the visa and sponsorship process.
  • Assist Corporate HR in the US with Onboarding new employees, by coordinating new hire inductions, ensuring all correct paperwork has been completed and sent to relevant team members. Order phones and equipment, set up Access Passes, and answer questions as required.
  • Assist with travel as required
  • Write and modify Standard Operation Procedures as required
  • May assist with asset management and calibration of equipment
  • Other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications (Experience and Skills)

  • Minimum of 3 years of office administration/administrative support experience
  • Strong Numeracy/Literacy skills demonstrates accuracy, attention to detail, selfchecking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service
  • Ability to prioritize and stay organized

Education Requirements

  • GCSE in Mathematics and English
