Our sales revenues exceed £300m per year, and we have a workforce of 821 individuals, with 294 of them based in Wales.
As we continue to expand, we have exciting plans for the future. This includes the development of our existing network, as well as the acquisition of new sites. Our goal is to own and operate 300 sites within the next 5 years. Therefore, as our estate grows, we require more team members to join us.
What would my main responsibilities be as a sales assistant at Ascona?
· Provide a fantastic customer service experience
· Be helpful and polite to all customers and colleagues.
· Be an all rounder - Cash handling, use of the till, stock replenishment, cleaning duties, ordering stock.
· Sell products according to policies and procedures E.g. Challenge 25.
· Be flexible to cover shifts
Lone working - Must be over 18
Needs to be flexible to cover sickness
Previous retail experience would be an advantage, however, full training will be provided.
The position is subject to an enhanced DBS check.

16 hours weekly (4x 4hour shifts, 6am - 10am over a 7-day period) based on a rota.Also 12 hours weekly (3x4hr shifts, 6am - 10am over a 7-day period) based on a rota.
