Doctors Direct have new opportunities for
Speciality Registrar with
Neurosurgery experience at Oxford university Hospitals. We have two roles available based in
Oxford but may involve a rotation to another unit in the future.

Duties will include:

  • As well as taking part in the Movement Disorder/Pain programme; Fellows will undertake ward rounds, ward cover if required.
  • The care of patients on the wards, in the theatres and at outpatient clinics as appropriate to the grade of the post and under the direction of the consultants responsible, involving:
  • Operating sessions
  • Attendance at ward rounds and routine ward work
  • Outpatient clinics

The details of the role are:

Rates: £50-£70 per hour

  • Valid GMC
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Clinical attachment complete
  • Minimum of 3 months paid experience in the NHS/UK
