We are looking for a
Property Procurement Officer to join our client, an independent organisation who provide accommodation services to numerous organisations across the UK and continues to develop its business in both central and localgovernment as well as the charitable section.

This role will be covering London and the South East. This is a field based role.


The role involves working out in the field on a daily basis with daily travel involved to provide direct support to the property procurement team.

The role requires the
Procurement Officer to manage their own caseload and follow procedures in order to meet key performance objectives and sales targets of the company.

The role also involves working within your regional area and making contact with current landlordsand agents, and also developing relationships with new potential landlords and agents.


You will report into the Procurement Team Leader and provide help and support where required and also assist in compiling reports for weekly meetings and updates for the Head of Procurement Services and the Board of Directors.


The role involves extensive travel and some out of hours work to enable us to provide full coverage across the contract region.

Areas to be covered would be London and South East England.


To be considered for this role you must have a background in either property sales, estate agency or lettings and understand property management or property development.
