Job Description:

Logistics Administrator with Stork:

To provide administrative support within the Logistical function of the Recruitment & Resourcing department in a professional, timely and cost efficient manner to ensure that functional and business support needs are met.


Tasks and Responsibilities as an Logistics Administrator:

Personnel

  • Contact personnel to advise of their checkin information including booking any necessary accommodation
  • Create and Issue personnel assignment schedules
  • Ensure that all department personnel information is recorded and is accurate
  • Liaise with all personnel (Internal & External) to ensure any job specific certifications are received and uploaded onto the internal system to meet core mandatory certificate requirements for the designated role.
  • Support with on boarding personnel by following internal process for engagement of PAYE & Limited Company personnel
  • Actively promote and ensure company HSEQ polices are not compromised

Administration Support

  • Respond to all business administration requests from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Management of shared mailboxes including field craft annual leave requests
  • Coordinate hotel allocation requirements for offshore mobilisations
  • Coding and processing invoices for approval
  • Maintain good working relationship with managers and staff.
  • Confirm receipt of and ensure that administration requests are actioned in a timely manner.

Specific Requirements for the Logistics Administrator:

Education & Experience

Education

  • School Leaver Education acceptable.

Experience

  • Ability to manage workload to meet the demands of the organisation.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with employees at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise.
  • Good working knowledge of IT packages e.g. Microsoft Word & Excel
