Collaborating closely with leaders and stakeholders to identify training needs, you'll design and deliver effective learning activities which foster a culture of continuous improvement.
To diagnose, problem solve, design, develop, deliver and embed a broad range of development interventions across the College.Develop and deliver high quality learning and interventions to develop every colleague at every level across the College to thrive.
Use your proven experience in the design and delivery of training programs, workshops, and initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies, including team events.
Have variety by using a range of development methods, including instructor-led training, e-learning, virtual classrooms, learning management systems and career development platforms, as well as on-the-job learning experiences.
