A fantastic opportunity for an administrator from a training background to join a leading care home provider who is seeking a Training Administrator to support the Training Manager at their beautiful offices in West Wickham.


This role would suit someone with relevant training administration experience, a good knowledge of health and social care, experience in supporting training programmes.


Your duties will include general support to the office team and all administration relating to in-house and on-line e-learning training, taking inbound calls and supporting clients, family members and staff, updating systems and CRM's, identifying training gaps and recommending relevant training solutions, keeping up to date with all new developments in the Health and Social Care Sector as well as carrying out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business.


You should have good working knowledge of IT Systems with experience of Microsoft Office or Google Suite, working with databases and virtual communication platforms with the ability to learn and adopt new technologies where appropriate.
