About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to join our team at Right at Home Bromley. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: You will be responsible for managing daily communications with our clients and care assistants, ensuring that all needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: You will be responsible for scheduling care visits, managing rotas, and ensuring that care assistants are allocated to clients in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Problem-Solving and Resolution: You will be responsible for resolving any issues that may arise during the delivery of care, working closely with our care assistants and clients to find solutions.
  • Reporting and Administration: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, producing reports, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Experience: You will have experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a care or healthcare setting.
  • Skills: You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, care assistants, and other stakeholders.
  • Qualifications: You will have a relevant qualification, such as a business or social care degree, or equivalent experience.
