Sales & Marketing Administrator (Fareham) - Maternity Cover


Aqua Platinum Projects is one of the largest swimming pool companies in the UK, offering a bespoke design within the high-end luxury swimming pool market.


This is a temporary contract to cover member of staff on maternity leave with potential options to become permanent although this cannot be promised at this early stage.

We ideally need someone to start March/April to allow plenty of time for training andhandover before maternity leave starts in June.


Salary range:
£24k - £28k plus free parking and pension fund

Location:
Whiteley, Fareham PO15 7FT

Hours of work:
Monday to Friday - 5

As a Sales & Marketing Administrator you will be office based and duties will be varied and include:

  • Processing new sales leads, assisting in preparation of quotations and organize samples and mood boards for clients. Liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors to obtain costs.
  • Working alongside our external PR and marketing company to expand our visibility and ensure our website and social media platforms are kept updated along with our CompanyProfile, Brochure and other marketing materials.
  • Arrange site visits with photographer / videographer on completed projects to gather images for marketing campaigns and website.
  • Manage accreditation websites, Construction Line, Builders Profile ensuring these are kept up to date with current requirements.
  • Planning of all company events, trade shows & exhibitions, company days, transportation, Christmas parties etc.
  • Support senior management with presentations, binding and spreadsheets as required and any other general administration required to support the team i.e. minute taking

You will have:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
  • Have a flexible approach, be highly organized and excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in using Microsoft word and excel
