A full-time post (37.5 hours) with the Tissue Viability and Lymphoedema Service (TVALS) based at Cantley Health Centre in Doncaster.


It is essential that the post holder will be a caring, passionate and patient focused practitioner who will actively lead and manage the prevention of avoidable pressure ulcers, Leg ulcers, complex wounds and support patients with the management of their lymphoedema across Doncaster and Bassetlaw.


You will need to be committed to quality improvement of the service in line with our joint service specifications and accountable care approaches with Commissioners.

They will also contribute to the development and delivery of education and training that will motivate staff to improve practice and ensure safe and effective patient care.

Using evidenced base research and up to date guidance from National bodies.
