Production Operative

Role Requirements

  • Previous experience in a production environment
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work alone
  • Capable of decision making
  • Forklift licence holder would be an advantage
  • Problem solving skills with a pragmatic commonsense attitude.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assembling components to create finished products and subassembles
  • Decoiling and rewinding energy collectors to customer specifications
  • Assisting in the production of manifold chambers
  • Assisting in meeting the production schedule
  • Ensuring all products are manufactured to the correct quality standard
  • Providing feedback to Supervisor/Manager as part of our continuous improvement.
