Full Time Position

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to collaborate with our key partners.

As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping the evolution of our products by representing the client's perspective.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with clients, prioritizing a proactive 'customer first' approach to customer relationship management.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients for service/business reviews and support, enhancing business outcomes, ensuring optimal platform knowledge and usage, providing trading insights, and driving revenue growth.
  • Design and assist in implementing new business solutions for partners.
  • Support new clients in onboarding, platform knowledge, and usage, promoting feature adoption.
  • Monitor system performance regularly and provide technical implementation and testing support aligned with agreed requirements.
  • Assist in deal execution between buyers and sellers, offering expertise in programmatic trading models and platforms.
  • Support commercial efforts in upselling and cross-selling new products to media owners.
  • Coordinate product feedback and ensure updated knowledge and training of platform features for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in similar roles with a successful track record of timely project deliveries and positive outcomes.
  • Fluency in English (additional fluency in French, Spanish, or German is a plus).
  • Relevant Technical Account management experience or equivalent experience.
  • Strong ability to understand and provide timely solutions to customer needs.
  • Solid technical background with practical experience in digital technologies, especially ad tech.
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects.
  • Proficiency in SQL Databases (MySQL preferred).
  • Experience and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
