Technical Account Manager (6 Month Contract)

We're looking for an Technical Account Manager to join the Client Services team, working directly with agencies, partners and clients in our London Office ( or present working from home).

The role will oversee the management of multiple campaigns alongside our trading team from set-up to completion, optimizing where possible and troubleshooting challenges.

At the heart of the Technical Account Manager role is providing guidance to help clients exceed their goals when using the Blis technology suite to facilitate their marketing needs.

This role reports to the CS lead within the Client Services team.
Own the day-to-day management of client engagement, inclusive of but not limited to:
Be a people manager to Technical Account Executives and help them with their day to day challenges
Liaise with cross functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and great campaign performance
Oversee internal client account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up etc.)
Develop data-based insights to guide KPI strategy and activation
Create and present post campaign analysis & quarterly business reviews
Orchestrate the month end billing reconciliation
Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against Key Performance Indicators
Has excellent organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Technically savvy with commercial acumen
