SUPPORT/CARE WORKERS

We are currently Recruiting for experienced Support workers.


The Successful applicant must have a minimum of 6 months Experience in working with individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs and Challenging behaviour.

Personal Experience will be taken into consideration

You will need to have a DBS, either on the update service or be prepared to obtain one.

You will be able to provide evidence of your Experience through Satisfactory References.

Patience and Good Communication skills are essential, has a Good knowledge of safeguarding adults with additional Support needs.

You must be able to produce a high standard of Care and Record keeping.

NVQ in Health and Social Care would be advantageous, but not essential, as this can be completed within the company


You must be flexible over a 7-day period, the Role will include short and long days, Waking nights, Sleep-ins and Weekend shifts.

£10.42-£10.88 per hour
