Creative Support is looking for a Financial Compliance Officer. If you join us, you'll be part of a small team responsible for ensuring financial compliance across our care services nationwide and Head Office Departments.


Responsibilities:

  • Conducting internal finance audits for care services.
  • Conducting internal finance audits for Head Office Departments.
  • Handling fraud and financial abuse investigations.
  • Contributing to finance policy reviews.
  • Providing finance training.
  • Improving corporate and client finance systems.
  • Creating fraud awareness campaigns.
This role offers the opportunity to impact vulnerable adults in the charity sector positively.
The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated with excellent organization skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to build relationships across the organization. A strong numerical aptitude, effective written communication, and a sensitive approach to feedback are essential. Additionally, the ability to conduct small group training and manage financial investigations is crucial.

This role is diverse, providing the chance to enhance skills and have a strategic impact on the organization. Training and support are offered, and travel, including some overnight stays, is required. A full driving license is preferred.
