Based in Edinburgh (Hybrid Working)

  • 35 hours per week (Mon Fri)

Key responsibilities:

  • Researching new and existing opportunities that will provide activities for vulnerable people in their local community
  • Liaising with Community Development Officers to engage with member groups across Scotland
  • Contacting local services to enquire about activities and developing relationships with key stakeholders
  • Updating internal databases and publications with relevant information on services and activities
  • Finding information on the internet
  • Various ad hoc admin duties

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience working in an Administrative role
  • Good IT skills particularly MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude
