We are currently looking for an exceptional leader to work with an excellent care provider as a home manager for a residential service for adults with learning disabilities in Sheffield.
To be successful in this role you will;
Have a good amount of experience working as a manager within a residential service.
Have experience working with adults with learning / physical disabilities
Hold a minimum of a NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Level 5 would be desired but not essential.
Be confident in providing leadership to the staff team
Be dedicated to providing outstanding care
In this role you will be working with a unique and personable provider who have a solid track record of investing in their staff whilst successfully growing a reputable organisation.
