Exciting Opportunity for a Home Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Manager to join our team at a medium-sized nursing home in Derbyshire. As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, including staff supervision and training
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with our care team to provide high-quality care and support to our residents

Requirements:

  • Qualification in nursing or a related field (e.g., social work, healthcare management)
  • Proven experience in care home management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
