  • Onthejob training
  • Casual work attire
  • To maintain a high level of cleanliness and presentation of the Town Hall;
  • To ensure that safety is maintained at all times, hazards managed and safety inspections are carried out to schedule;
  • To assist in the smooth operation of the building and maintain good relations with tenants, hirers and visitors to the building; this may require unlocking / locking the premises at the start / end of their use.
  • To set up rooms and equipment as required;
  • To monitor stock levels.
  • To maintain an efficient level of heating as required to ensure the comfort of tenants, hirers and visitors.
  • To carry out basic maintenance and advise of issues.
  • To cover cleaning duties, as required

Job Type:
Part-time

Salary:
£12.50 per hour

Expected hours:
No less than 15 per week

Schedule:

  • Flexitime
  • Weekend availability

Experience:

  • Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
