**Grade 5 £21,189 to £21,575 per annum pro rata**:

- **25 hours per week, 52 weeks per year**:

- **Working pattern to be negotiated but will be during the school day**:

- **Working one weekend in four to service external letting customers to be paid at time and a third**

Our team of enthusiastic and committed caretaking staff provide an invaluable and professional service to ensure that our school buildings and grounds are maintained to high standards.

The role involves a variety of duties including unlocking and securing the site, performing maintenance tasks, and grounds maintenance. You will be well supported and training is available. Actual Salary is £16,411 to £16,710 per annum.
