About the role:

Creative Assistant

Reports To:

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the marketing team with the creation of content, copy, campaigns and collateral for all channels.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to generate ideas and respond to the needs of the marketing and sales teams.
  • Scouting new talent and liaising with agencies for campaignsbased influencer marketing.
  • Working with the social team to stay ahead of the curve and come up with new creative concepts for social content.
  • Collaborate with the wider Marketing Team to schedule and execute campaigns on the website.
  • Work with the brand partnership team and third parties as required to deliver cross channel content as part of wider campaigns.
  • Monitor and review all content requirements for the website and ensure that these coordinate with key promotions and campaigns as enlisted in the content calendar.
  • Conduct regular health checks of the websites to ensure creative standards are kept high.
  • Have an awareness of the competitive and fastpaced environment in which we work.
  • Work to specific briefs and meet demanding deadlines from across the business.
  • Maintain a strong rapport with other departments including wider marketing, PR, VM, Digital
  • Marketing and Digital Trading to ensure awareness of all campaign and content requirements.
  • Act as a Brand Guardian to approve and ensure all campaigns and content, inclusive of creative and copy, are on brand and reflect the Style Guide.

Miscellaneous

  • Undertake tasks delegated by management
  • Ensure all communication adheres to the GDPR policies
  • Work with own initiative and as part of the wider team
  • Understand and comply with the Company's Health & Safety policy & procedures
  • Carry out any other duties as required by Company management
