About the Position:

  • Ordering medicines, checking, dispensing, and endorsing prescriptions
  • Final accuracy check of dispensed items to allow Pharmacists more time for additional services
  • Overseeing Dispensing Team Members and aiding the healthcare team
  • Owning medicine histories and providing treatment advice to patients
  • Coaching on medication advice and referring complex queries to Pharmacists as needed

Requirements:

  • Registered Pharmacy Technician with GPhC and Accuracy Checking Qualification
  • Dedication to patient and customer care
  • Ability to maintain high standards efficiently
  • Experience working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team
  • Proficient in digital tools and open to learning new technologies
  • Commitment to continuous growth and development in the field

Looking for a driven Accuracy Checking Technician to join our dedicated pharmacy team at an esteemed location in Bristol, Avon. Conducting final accuracy checks on dispensed medication and ensuring safe pharmaceutical delivery is the focus of this role. You play a vital role in driving positive change within the local community as the final checkpoint before medicine reaches patients.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 8:00pm
  • Saturday - 9:00am to 7:00pm
  • Sunday - 10:30am to 4:30pm
