Specific Tasks

  • Record all data relating to assessments on tracking spreadsheets
  • Deliver effective allday instructor led training sessions to complete NHO
  • Assist with any other training & administrative projects and needs, and ad hoc tasks as requested by the management team.
  • Analyse feedback and liaise with colleagues to evaluate training content to identify areas of improvement
  • Support US team with organization and completion of additional trainings (compliance, CMS).
  • Produce monthly reports on both testing and training
  • To take personal responsibility for ensuring that personal information is used fairly and lawfully within GDPR guidelines, report any personal data security incidents immediately and abide by the Information Security Policy detailed in the Staff Handbook.
  • To assist with any other adhoc duties that may be required by the department.
  • Any other duties appropriate to the position.

Annual salary - circa £28,000 per annum

Holidays - 22 days, plus bank holidays, plus your birthday off. Annual leave rises by 1 day each year, up to a maximum of 27 days
