Zest Business Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ophthalmic Lens Trainer to join our team. As a Regional Trainer, you will be responsible for planning and delivering product, sales, and retail training activities to key customers across Southern England.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit optical stores to train and communicate on products and services, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of our ophthalmic lenses.
  • Organize, coordinate, and host digital learning initiatives, including live webinars, to engage and educate customers.
  • Develop innovative training ideas to enhance sales levels and drive business growth.
  • Support the Head of EPS with projects, providing expertise and guidance to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-quality training content, including storyboard, presentations, and adapting content to various formats (e-learning platform, ppt…).
  • Support the sales team with customer training requirements and their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • Dispensing Optician qualification
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze data
