While serving as the CBD Manager, your focus will be on both managing the current client portfolio and seeking out future growth possibilities.

Responsibilities & Skills:

  • Proactively delivering customized solutions and spotting new business chances.
  • Understanding client requirements, collaborating with R&D and production teams to offer tailored solutions.
  • Boosting sales by analyzing market trends and contributing to sales forecasts.
  • Professional representation of the company, with willingness to travel as needed.
  • Demonstrating an innovative mindset, excellent communication, and customer-centricity.
  • Exhibiting emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and strategic vision.
  • Strong industry knowledge, CRM system experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Requirements:

  • Background in meat, poultry, or seafood with food industry exposure.
  • 3-5 years in a similar role.
  • Proven track record in managing high-value accounts.
