You will be joining a Business Growth Consultancy, and they are looking for a bright, articulate individual with a background in Business Development and/or Sales.
You will need to be highly motivated, intelligent, professional, and warm with a flexible approach to work It is essential you are confident talking with decision makers at all levels of seniority.
What's in it for you;

Salary: up to £38k
- A good targetbased bonus scheme, based on meetings secured and taken place. In the first year likely to be additional 710% of salary increasing as you become more successful in the role
Hours:Mon-Fri 8.50am-5pm
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays; they are also closed for approx. 10 days over Xmas and this is given on top of your annual leave
- Flexible company
- No travel costs
Key responsibilities:
- Build and develop relationships over the telephone and make meetings for clients; all work is B2B, cold calling with a clear proposition, market sectors are varied
- Working with the CRM to update client databases
- Managing your time to ensure your clients get their allocated hours each week
- Using LinkedIn in to identify decision makers where needed
What the employer is looking for:
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- Confident in speaking to decision makers at all levels of seniority
- Strong listening and written communication skills
- IT literate, good typing skills
