The Role
As a Fee Billing Services Analyst, you will play a vital role in our team by efficiently managing the invoicing process for our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the accuracy of fee calculations, collaborating with different departments to gather billing data, and working closely with client services to meet invoicing requirements.

  • Understand and address the billing needs of complex institutional clients through collaboration with various teams.
  • Calculate fees accurately and provide necessary evidence when required.
  • Generate client invoices and conduct additional fee analysis as requested.
  • Maintain monthly fee accruals and provide explanations for changes on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare fee debtor reports and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Coordinate with global client service teams and promptly address inquiries.
  • Process rebate payments, handle invoice dispatch, and oversee tasks related to the fee billing process.
