Responsibilities:
- Provide security advice best practices to ensure riskbased approach to Cyber Security
- Advice to stakeholders
- Expert security advice to help the Security team make a wellinformed decision
- Undertake risk management activities within risk management governance structures and framework
- Ensure that security policies and security controls are maintained
- Analyse and advise on the technical and security solutions
- Create and maintain security standards in accordance to the regulations
- Ensure risk acceptances and mitigation plans are in place as appropriate
- Be responsible for refining and improving reporting
- Identify and implement continuous improvement activities for risk management
Essential:
- Demonstrable SME level expertise
- Knowledge of related security accreditations and standards
- Ability to understand complex technical systems or solutions
- Ability to identify risks and provide pragmatic advice
- Ability to align risk processes
- Technical understanding of Information Security and cyber security
- Build relationships & work collaboratively with colleagues
- Experience and knowledge of cyber, IT and data risk
- Build positive relationships with both senior executives
Education:
- Rolerelevant qualifications are desirable.
