We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Manager to join our team at RSM. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering assurance, advisory, and offensive security services to high-profile clients across various industries.

As a Cyber Security Manager, you will be involved in client onboarding, risk management processes, and developing commercial arrangements. You will also be responsible for managing a client portfolio, planning, managing, delivering, and reporting against engagements to a high-quality standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight of engagement delivery and ensure high-quality results.
  • Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver exceptional results.
  • Represent RSM in external meetings and build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in delivering cyber security assurance and advisory services.
  • Proven experience in managing engagements end-to-end in a professional service context.
  • Proficient in report writing and using common cyber security toolsets.
  • Hold or previously held professional-level cyber security certifications.

Personal and Professional Qualities

  • Relevant experience in a technology risk, information security, or cyber security role.
  • Strong understanding of technology trends, cyber threats, and industry issues.
  • Passionate about continuing your career in technology, cyber, risk management, and providing defensive and offensive cyber services.
  • Self-organized and able to manage your time effectively.
  • Confident with excellent written, oral communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
