Yolk Legal is delighted to be assisting a dynamic team in Bristol in their search for a skilled individual to fill the role of Claims Administrator.
This is what you'll be doing
As a Claims Administrator your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Effectively set up and manage new claim notifications, showcasing your keen eye for detail.
- Allocate incoming notifications to claims handlers promptly, demonstrating your commitment to timely task execution.
- Request and organise missing policy documents from brokers and insurers, ensuring completeness of information in the claims files.
- Craft compelling letters to insureds, insurers, and brokers on behalf of claims handlers, utilising your excellent written communication skills.
- Generate daily and annual claims summaries, including relevant financial information, to contribute to comprehensive reporting.
The experience you'll bring to the team
You will bring the following experience as a Claims Administrator to the professional indemnity team:
- Previous experience in claims administration, demonstrating your familiarity with the professional indemnity claims landscape.
- Strong organisational skills, evidenced by your ability to manage various tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with brokers and team members.
- Familiarity with claims management systems, showcasing your technical acumen in file setups and documentation.
