Responsibilities:
- Agile Working:
- Collaborate in agile teams to manage and visualize outcomes, prioritize work, define scope and agree on a minimum viable experience (MVE).
- Be adaptable, reflective, and responsive to feedback.
Content Concepts and Prototyping:
- - Select the best approach to make content accessible to diverse audiences and assistive technologies. Present proposed content design methods through prototypes and content plans.
- Describe how pattern choices, new pattern requirements, publishing approaches, and metadata will impact content publication and management.
Stakeholder Relationship Management:
- - Engage with stakeholders to influence accessibility decisions, handle challenging situations, and remove obstacles.
- Serve as an escalation point in cases of stakeholder conflicts or to support junior team members.
Strategic Thinking:
- - Develop and execute content strategies and processes that align business objectives with user needs.
User Focus:
- - Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to shape and document design decisions and debt across complex user journeys. Advocate for user-centric content that caters to various user needs, including those with disabilities, neurodiversity, or who use assistive tech.
